1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (โ€œTermsโ€) govern the contractual relationship between you (โ€œyouโ€, โ€œyourโ€, โ€œcustomerโ€) and JetGo, a trading name of JetGo Travels, part of the JLT Group (โ€œweโ€, โ€œusโ€, โ€œourโ€), when booking travel services.

1.2 JetGo operates as a travel agent and, in certain cases, a package organiser. Some bookings are handled by the JLT Group directly and are PTS, ATOL & IATA protected. Other bookings are financially protected through our regulated third-party banking provider, Monzo (FSCS protected).

1.3 By proceeding with a booking through JetGo, you confirm you are over 18 and agree to these Terms on behalf of all travellers listed.

2. Booking and Confirmation

2.1 A booking is only confirmed once we have received a deposit or full payment, and a confirmation document has been issued.

2.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that all details, including names, dates, and passport information, are correct. Any changes may incur supplier fees.

2.3 We cannot guarantee availability until payment is received and services are confirmed with the supplier.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 A deposit (typically 25%) is required to secure your booking, unless full payment is due immediately (e.g., last-minute bookings or airline fares).

3.2 Flexi-payment plans are available on eligible bookings and split the balance in instalments. Flexi-Payment Plans may incur a 3.5% Processing Fee.

3.3 Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.

4. Travel Contracts

4.1 In most cases, JetGo acts as an agent and your contract will be with the airline, hotel, or supplier. Their terms will apply.

4.2 If your booking qualifies as a Package Holiday under The Package Travel Regulations 2018, JetGo will act as the package organiser and be responsible for the overall performance of the services.

5. Cancellations & Changes

5.1 Flights booked with low-cost airlines are strictly non-refundable.

5.2 Hotel and package refund policies depend on the supplier. We will inform you of the terms at time of booking.

5.3 Changes initiated by JetGo or its suppliers will be communicated as soon as possible. We will offer alternatives or refunds where appropriate.

6. Financial Protection

6.1 Bookings through the JLT Group are PTS, ATOL & IATA protected.

6.2 Other bookings are protected through our FCA-authorised banking provider Monzo, with all funds being FSCS protected.

6.3 Optional holiday insurance can be purchased through our partner www.payingtoomuch.com.

7. Traveller Responsibilities

7.1 You are responsible for ensuring all travellers have valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations.

7.2 JetGo highly recommends that all travellers have adequate travel insurance before departure.

7.3 You must inform us of any medical, dietary, or mobility needs at the time of booking.

8. Behaviour & Conduct

8.1 We reserve the right to cancel bookings or terminate stays without refund if your behaviour endangers others, violates laws, or breaches supplier terms.

9. Complaints

9.1 If an issue arises during your holiday, you must report it to the supplier immediately to give them the chance to resolve it.

9.2 Post-travel complaints should be submitted in writing to info@jetgo.uk within 14 days of your return.

10. Legal & Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms are governed by English law and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10.2 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
